I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was not only spacious but also featured a Nespresso machine and complimentary chocolate. The balcony overlooking the Red Sea was breathtaking, and the Jacuzzi in the bathroom was a real highlight. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who quickly organized everything for us. The location was excellent, right at the end of the boardwalk and close to main shops. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes. Staying at Herod's Palace was a mixed experience. While the rooms seemed upgraded with a Nespresso machine and complimentary chocolate, the overall impression was not as luxurious as expected. The location is excellent at the end of the boardwalk with direct beach access, but the lack of phones in certain areas was inconvenient.

However, cleanliness could be improved to meet the Suite room standards.
